What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
I love "Encanto." The songs are great but also it shows you the importance of family and unconditional love.
What is your favorite children's book?
My daughter and I love to read any of the PIggie and Gerald books by Mo Willems especially "We Are In A Book."
What was your favorite childhood toy?
I didn't really have a favorite toy growing up but spent a lot of time outside playing with friends, riding my bike or just using my imagination in the backyard.
Who is your greatest inspiration?
I am inspired by my patients and families who have to overcome obstacles or challenges in their lives. It keeps me motivated to continue to practice medicine and help them in any way possible.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I love baking, gardening and spending time outdoors hiking with my family.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I love working with kids, every day is different. They bring a smile to my face, and I cannot imagine doing anything else.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I take pride in listening to my patients and families, building a rapport as well as trust, really understanding their concerns and addressing them fully.
