What is your favorite animated movie or cartoon?
Bluey because it reminds me to be curious and enjoy the playfulness of young children.
What was your favorite childhood toy?
My favorite toy growing up was Barbie Dolls. My younger sister and I would form entire worlds that would take up our entire room.
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
Dr. Paul Offit because of his unwavering dedication to providing correct information regarding immunizations.
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I enjoy getting out in the desert to hike or paddleboard. I have lived many different places and enjoy traveling to visit old friends as well as my family.
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
As a second generation pediatrician, my dad and his colleagues inspired my love for pediatrics. I like that I have not only my patient, but also their parent(s) and I get to be a part of a family's journey.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
I enjoy being part of the "village" that's involved in raising a child. My goal is to be a trusted source of knowledge regarding your child's health in this world of information overload.
