We have been seeing Stephanie Ostrus (PA) for the last 13 years; we followed her to Arbor when she moved from another practice. She has been great with my relatively low needs kids. This year, my daughter has had more minor issues come up (skin irritation, ear infections, need for glasses, ADHD med adjustments), and I’ve appreciated how she sticks with an issue until it is resolved. My daughter hates going to see doctors, but she loves going to see Stephanie; this comes in large part through the way that Stephanie talks directly to her and addresses anything she is nervous about directly with her (vaccinations being a primary example). Forever grateful for doctors who actually care about my kids.

Every time I take my two kids to Arbor Pediatrics - North Tatum, we have a great experience. The front office staff is always welcoming, and the check-in process is smooth. The nurses are kind and efficient, and we never have to wait long before the doctor comes in. Dr. DeLucca is very friendly, patient, and amazing with kids, which makes a big difference for our family. He takes his time and makes both parents and children feel comfortable. Even though this office is a bit far from us, we’re happy to make the drive because of the excellent care and positive environment. Highly recommend this place for anyone with kids!

This location is very clean.

I've been taking my daughter (10) to this location for a little over a year now. We see PA Stephanie for her well checks as well as every 3 months for medication checks. This location is very clean, all the staff is friendly and helpful. I don't know if it's just the time of the appointments but we never have to wait long before going back. Stephanie always takes her time, and never makes it feel rushed and is so helpful with any and all questions. She also makes my daughter feel comfortable and that she has a day in her care as well. I definitely recommend this location and PA Stephanie.
