Just moved to this area and my son needed a new pediatrician. Booked appointment with ease online. They accepted my insurance and made check in quick and easy with an online questionnaire. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile. I listed my child’s nickname as preferred name and they happily greeted him as such. This made him feel more comfortable and ready to be seen by the doctor. The medical assistant/nurse Anna was so sweet and helped my little guy feel safe and comfortable! The doctor (Cindy) came in quickly, she made sure to make him feel just as safe by first getting to know him and asking him about his new toy cars! 🚗 She described what she was going to check before she did so, and reassured him that he was doing great! The doctor answered any questions I had and even gave us some free medicine (trial size) before we left! Overall great experience!
