Go Dog Go! because I had this book as a young child and shared it with my kids!

Hot Wheels and my Big Wheel
Who is your greatest inspiration and why?
My parents who taught me to be an independent thinker and my patients because they keep me young and always inspire happiness and enthusiasm
What are your hobbies and interests outside of work?
I love to travel and go to sporting events (college or professional).
What inspired you to work in pediatrics?
I love working with kids of all ages...whether examining newborns or talking with teens... along with guiding/teaching parents throughout their journey. My job title is...I play with kids all day!! I get to have fun while being professional at the same time.
I also love working with my special needs population of all ages.
What unique qualities, skills, or services set you apart, and how do you build a positive rapport with patients and their families?
Having been in practice for 27 years, I have extensive experience with kids and young adults, especially with families of special needs children and those with medical complexities. This also includes foster kids, group home kids, ADHD, and substance abuse. It is an everlasting journey with their families.
How do you accommodate patients with special needs?
My partners and I have established a "Medical Home" model and environment. This allows us to spend extra time with these families, and we have the resources and knowledge to identify and supply necessary services.
