We cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Cesal!!! Our last 2 year check up with our son he was just not vibing with the male MA. He got scared and was crying, screaming, kicking. We couldn’t get his weight, height, or the tests because of how upset he was. I was very concerned we wouldn’t be able to get through the appointment with Dr. Cesal. Thankfully we got him to calm down before she came in to see him and she was extremely kind, loving, patient, had all the tricks up her sleeve to get him to cooperate. Every time we see her it’s like a warm hug 😭😭 When dad gets to come with us to the appointments and sometimes grandma we always talk about how amazing that woman is after every visit. We’ve been seeing her since our son has been born and I know he will be in her care for the next 16 years! 😂 We love you, Dr. Cesal!!! ❤️❤️

Just moved to this area and my son needed a new pediatrician. Booked appointment with ease online. They accepted my insurance and made check in quick and easy with an online questionnaire. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile. I listed my child’s nickname as preferred name and they happily greeted him as such. This made him feel more comfortable and ready to be seen by the doctor. The medical assistant/nurse Anna was so sweet and helped my little guy feel safe and comfortable! The doctor (Cindy) came in quickly, she made sure to make him feel just as safe by first getting to know him and asking him about his new toy cars! 🚗 She described what she was going to check before she did so, and reassured him that he was doing great! The doctor answered any questions I had and even gave us some free medicine (trial size) before we left! Overall great experience!

We have been seeing Stephanie Ostrus (PA) for the last 13 years; we followed her to Arbor when she moved from another practice. She has been great with my relatively low needs kids. This year, my daughter has had more minor issues come up (skin irritation, ear infections, need for glasses, ADHD med adjustments), and I’ve appreciated how she sticks with an issue until it is resolved. My daughter hates going to see doctors, but she loves going to see Stephanie; this comes in large part through the way that Stephanie talks directly to her and addresses anything she is nervous about directly with her (vaccinations being a primary example). Forever grateful for doctors who actually care about my kids.

The staff has always provided excellent care, treated my family with professionalism, and taken the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. We've been going to Scottsdale Children's for all children and love the providers. Dr. Litchsin from the old practice was amazing. We were sad when she retired however, we have found Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel has amazing bedside manner and will literally call you herself for test results. I do appreciate that gesture from the provider. We drive almost 40 mins to this practice one way just for this experience. The office/ backend staff on the other hand can use some enthusiasm, hence the 4 stars. It's very hard to get a hold of anyone from billing and the front office ladies seem very rushed.
